I am in Paris and when I put a card up for sale, free delivery in Paris is automatically displayed, even though I don't want that option
Whatever the buyer, I want to send the card using economy or standard shipping
What should I do?

"economy or standard mode" = Don't send anything without tracking; the buyer would only have to claim non-receipt to be fully refunded.
