I ordered two items, each consisting of two parts, and so I paid the full amount for those two items.
I only received one item, i.e. two parts, and am therefore claiming the second missing item. The package received, with the indicated weight, does indeed correspond to the shipment of a single item, so normally it should not be disputable.
However, after complaining to the seller, they will not hear anything of it and are sticking to their position, namely that the package was sent and was received!
I ask eBay to step in to force the seller to send the missing parts, and they side with the latter despite this irrefutable proof of the weight!
What else can I do, is there a way to contact eBay by phone?
