Hello, can you help me? I ordered an item with USPS delivery indicated in the listing, but in reality the seller sent it as standard shipping, with the delivery date scheduled in 2 months... The seller is less responsive now that he has been paid... Any advice would be welcome. Best regards
USPS is the US counterpart to our Poste... which is certainly cheaper and perhaps slower than UPS and other carriers that charge you VAT + customs clearance fees + handling fees...etc..etc...
"I ordered an item with USPS delivery indicated in the listing"... you say...
Reading you, we can see that the carrier matches what you ordered... The difference in time is determined by the rate paid... because parcels can travel by plane or by boat (when the container is full)...
Now, the remaining question is the delivery date that was planned... if it has passed without delivery... you will still have the option to complain and seek redress.... but you say nothing about that planned date.
