International shipping not available, how can I change that

Hello.

I just placed an order for a product for which international shipping was not offered.

Does the seller need to change their options and how should they go about it, because I can't complete the payment with a French address.

If the seller hasn't mentioned international shipping, it's because they don't want to sell and ship to a buyer from outside their country.

- and you can't force them to ...

The only thing you can do would be to contact them and ask if, exceptionally, they would agree to complete a transaction with you...

If they're ok.. you ask them to put your username on this list---->

- then to let you know when that's done so you can buy and pay..
