Hello everyone, I have a problem with a buyer who, when making their purchase, asked me for delivery via Mondial Relay. A postal address was provided, as can happen, so on the site and via the import I selected the default pickup point and sent the parcel. The buyer was informed of the shipment with a photo and the label visible with the selected pickup point. But today they are asking me for home delivery (which is actually a “ColisExpat” relay, apparently to have it delivered to Switzerland). When I explain to the buyer that they did not give me the right instructions, they deny it. Who is at fault in this story? Them or me?

Your buyer is wrong... but since he doesn't want to admit it..

- let it rot... tell him to go pick up the parcel and that if he doesn't, the parcel will come back to you...

Insist on the fact that Mondial relay NEVER delivers to homes in France... and that he should have changed his address at the time of purchase/payment if he wanted delivery in Switzerland.. with the corresponding international shipping costs for Switzerland, which is not served by M.Relay

He will then have to pay for delivery again to recover his purchase... otherwise you will refund him when you have recovered the item from your sale (you will have proof showing that he did not pick up his purchase as planned in the listing).

Thank you for your response. For your information, I should clarify that I do not ship internationally. The buyer wanted to try a shaky method. Too bad for him. He will be refunded the amount of the game once it has been returned to me, but not the shipping fees.
