mondial relay delivery
I sent a package via Mondial Relay (I didn't want to at first because I didn't trust it) and the buyer told me there wouldn't be any problem, anyway blah blah...
So I sent the package, he picked it up, and now he's telling me that there were only cardboard boxes inside and not the item (which is totally false).
What can I do because I'm lost, he opened a dispute, so I'm going to lose the product I sent and I won't be paid

It is to be feared that this will indeed end up that way.
The holiday season is a good time to see all sorts of unsavory characters appear on sales sites, where each of them “upvotes” for free returns, shipping costs and/or big discounts.
So to have everything and pay nothing is even better...
The site, like many others, protects the buyer at the seller’s expense and for that reason, the latter is completely powerless.
It’s yet another account that makes it possible to say that you should avoid this time of year to sell (unless you have broad shoulders and a column of “losses without profit” (🤔) capable of absorbing anything.)....
In a few days, complaints will start popping up for free rental of various party items with returns in droves and refunds... Many sellers will lose money and the carriers will make money....
It’s sad...
