I need to send a package to a buyer who selected a pickup point, but it doesn’t appear in the list of pickup points to select and confirm. What should I do? Thanks in advance for your replies.
Go to the Mondial Relay site, link your eBay account there to import the order: you’ll get the same shipping rates as via eBay and you’ll have access to many more pickup points.
