How did you do it for previous sales?
Since nothing forces you to buy the shipping label through eBay, you can do it directly on the carrier’s website and then enter the tracking number on eBay. However, the buyer should still know whether it’s home delivery or pickup point delivery before buying, and be able to choose their pickup point...
