Outdated delivery, without knowing why, eBay changed my delivery address
Without knowing why and without me having requested it, EBAY changed my delivery address to Mondial Relay. As a result, I end up with parcels arriving 50 km from my home instead of 10 km away.
In addition, it is impossible to get an EBAY representative on the phone, which is very frustrating; it is becoming more and more difficult, even impossible, to communicate with EBAY. I don't know what else to do

Enter the address of your preferred pickup point.
It's not ebay that changes it, but the delivery platform that sends it based on the info it has about Mondial Relay pickup points when the buyer hasn't specified the exact pickup-point address in their profile..
