Hello, in the shipping fee options Ebay offers green letter mail with and without tracking. If the buyer pays the shipping fees, am I required to go through Ebay’s shipping service? Which also offers exorbitant prices, by the way? The service asks you to measure the size of the package, knowing that the "volume" cannot be less than 1 cm, whereas for a letter it’s less ...
I don’t mind taking care of it, but I’ll have to cancel each order to adjust the shipping price every time, right? Or maybe I just don’t know how to use Ebay, which is also possible haha

No obligation to go through ebay's shipping label platform: you pay the shipping directly to the carrier, then enter the tracking number on the ebay order (shipments without tracking are strongly discouraged because you would be required to refund any buyer claiming non-receipt).
You should change your prices because once you’ve paid for tracked shipping + ebay fees, you won’t have much left, if anything at all... you might even end up out of pocket...

Just to make sure, once the delivery is paid for, how does it work?
I get an email with the tracking number? Which I can then have printed at the post office, etc.?
Maybe a silly question, but what are the steps?

Mentor1 year agoThe site does not issue a prepaid shipping label.
The seller must pay the shipping costs upfront: at the end of the sale, eBay will pay them the total item + shipping minus commission fees.
