delivery via Mondial Relay of an item marked as hand delivery
good evening
how do I make it so that my item is marked "shipped"? . indeed I shipped through Mondial Relay an item that was marked hand delivery .

If you can’t enter the QR code or 6-digit code that the buyer must provide at the time of in-person handover, contact customer service, see at the bottom of the link:

The two delivery methods being completely different... the transaction with hand delivery should have been canceled and redone, indicating shipping by Mondial Relay...
Now that that has been done.... you have to trust your buyer so that they don’t claim the item from you a second time...
At the moment you can’t enter the tracking number in the transaction, which doesn’t exempt you from giving it to your buyer, and from tracking your package yourself as well.

OP6 months agounfortunately , we could no longer cancel the transaction since I only saw the sale too late .
the buyer did receive the package and informed me of it . how can I get the funds released?
