Hello, I created a Mondial Relay label via Ebay and it turns out that the parcel was not delivered to the right place (in 04 instead of 42). After contacting MR, the person asks me to get in touch with Ebay in order to contact the logistics department to redirect the parcel. What should I do? Kind regards.
