Pitney Bowes delivery hasn’t moved in 15 days
I ordered an item that is supposed to be delivered from the United States to France by the company Pitney Bowes. But in the package tracking, I see that it has been waiting for "Customs Documentation and Labeling" for nearly 2 weeks...
Is this normal? Should I be worried? On top of that, I have no way to contact the company because I’m an individual, and only a professional can do it...
