Hello,I sold 3 lots of shares to [Pseudo], whose delivery was delayed by customs.The buyer opened a dispute and eBay refunded him. He finally received the items, but in the meantime eBay had closed the dispute and no longer wants to get involved.Despite my numerous complaints, he never reimbursed me and now his account is closed.I know I’ll never win this case again, but I want to report this buyer because he had already received negative feedback from another seller for a similar problem.
