On eBay, are there checks? What I’d like to know is how eBay can say an item is sold
in my listing I’m selling 2400 books at 2.50 euros each in one single lot, that is 6000 euros
eBay sells the whole lot for 2.60 euros, there are really a bunch of good-for-nothings on the team

Hello ??? 😕
2400 books = you create 2400 listings at €2.60 (sold individually)
if 1 single listing = €6000 for the lot of 2400 + shipping
It’s YOU who need to create your listing correctly (and you put 2400 books for €2.60 the lot), not eBay...
" there are really some useless people on the team" : no comment!!! 🤣

The listing was written that way by you, not EB.
Put it up for sale as a Buy It Now at €6000 (an excessive price in my humble opinion).
