The item was returned to the seller after a week at the pickup point but he hasn't replied to me for over a month so I haven't been refunded I paid €530 for the item what should I do 😢
Beyond the issue of the time limit, from the moment a buyer does not go to pick up their parcel at the pickup point, they no longer benefit from eBay protection (= they will not be refunded).
