I bought an item based on a photo, but it turns out it's out of stock.
The seller is offering me another one that doesn't suit me. How can I cancel, since the 1-hour time limit has passed?

It's up to the seller to cancel the sale.
If they refuse, see the EB warranty at the bottom of the page.
