length and weight of an object
Good evening,
I have a sale to make, when I indicate hand delivery I am still asked to choose a delivery service and I have to indicate the length of the item;
I can't find the item's length on eBay for my package which must be 140 x 150 x 24
I would deal with the weight afterward.

just check " Hand-delivery " and ignore all the other requests, length, weight, etc...
There are tons of questions that come up when creating an ad that aren’t suitable for the item being sold.

OP2 years agoOk, I’ll redo the operation tomorrow, because even by hiding those other options, I still had to set up a delivery service. A temporary bug, maybe.
Otherwise, for sizes, how do we do it if I decide to make a shipment with the size of my package.

Given the dimensions you indicated, the item is far too large to be shipped by post or via Mondial Relay.

(your problem boils down to a bad move on the listing form, since other listings on the site only offer that there is no reason why you should be forced to indicate a shipping method).
Anyway, even if you found a carrier willing to take that volume, it would cost an arm and a leg.
