I bought a helmet that was too small. I returned it through Ebay, the seller got the helmet back and he has disappeared. He refuses to refund me. So I lost €144.30 and this German seller has the helmet and the money. Ebay refused the dispute. I'm disgusted. It's a big seller so he's protected, Ebay's policy is pretty weak!
