This kind of product is dangerous and in any case ineffective.

You have excellent advice from @max2661953 ...
These pills or any other products sold for slimming... in reality only slim down your wallet...
and then... it's better to be wary of this kind of purchase on the internet.. where counterfeit products proliferate at exorbitant prices..
Go see your doctor instead and ask what to do... that will be better for your health.
