My order was completed but ended up in my cart without any explanation
Summary: pin-1012 explains that after finalizing an order on eBay, the item reappeared in her cart, as if the purchase had not gone through, even though she received the confirmation. She fears being charged twice for the same product and asks for an explanation. koalagris suggests checking with the seller to make sure the order was properly recorded and checking whether the amount has been debited from her account. *miss-tigri* thinks it could be a bug and advises checking the purchase history and contacting the seller if necessary, while waiting to see whether she has been charged before making the payment again.
PS : you must have noticed while reading my post but I’m new here. This is the first time I’ve ordered on eBay.

you can also contact the seller, but it’s possible they won’t reply to you over the weekend.
Wait to see if you’re charged before making the payment again.
