MY INVOICE DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE ORDER DETAILS
Summary: ouaff.ouaff ran into a problem with a purchase made in the United States because the invoice needed for customs clearance in France is not available. Despite his efforts to contact eBay and the seller, he was unable to obtain the invoice. francexpressdeal suggested checking the order details to find the invoice, but ouaff.ouaff checked without success. He thinks the problem may be related to a bug or a seller error, with the invoice not having been submitted through eBay.
Hello everyone,
I made a purchase in the United States.
The package has arrived in France and Collissimo is asking me for the invoice for customs clearance, except that it doesn't appear in the purchase details.
The seller is telling me they couldn't send it because they don't have access to the eBay fees and taxes etc...
I can't get in touch with eBay about this, which keeps sending me from "help" to "help" and then "help"...
Without the invoice, the package is going to be sent back to the United States!
Please give me advice if you know about this.

in the order details, all the way at the bottom, you should have "show the invoice" :

OP1 year agoThanks for your reply but this option doesn’t appear.
It’s of course where it should be.
There’s all the items listed below under "other actions":
* Buy again
* Contact seller
* Return this item
* Sell this item
* Add a comment
* Hide order
* Help and reporting
and in "order details", no link to the invoice either.
The total amount and payment method and date are mentioned there, but without access to the invoice.

I didn't tell you to go into "other actions".
Just click on "show order details" and at the very bottom you should have "show invoice" (under the seller's contact details):

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply but as already indicated,
in "order details", the invoice does not appear.
Which is why I told you that it was not there either in "order details".
There may be a bug related to the fact that the seller did not issue the invoice via Ebay but the seller tells me that Ebay does not give them that option. Which I strongly doubt since I have already bought outside Europe without any problem.
