My evaluation score is still stuck.
Summary: l-ile-aux-tresors shares their experience as a shop owner with modest sales, expressing concerns about a negative review that affected their overall rating, which is now stuck at 98.2%. This rating is not changing despite recent positive reviews. *miss-tigri* explains that the impact of a negative review lasts for a year and suggests checking the details through an information link. l-ile-aux-tresors confirms their understanding, and *miss-tigri* assures that the situation should improve if no new negative review is received.
I created my shop a year ago.
My sales statistics are very modest, but I do my utmost to give each of my customers complete satisfaction.
Here are my stats for under 1 year.
61 sales
57 positive ratings as a seller
64 positive ratings
1 neutral rating
1 negative rating
The negative rating was due to a beginner mistake and frankly unfair.
The comment, which was very inappropriate, was also removed by the platform.
This mishap completely sank my stats.
I went from 100% to 95%, and since then I’ve been struggling to try to get back to 100.
But regularly my counter gets stuck.
Despite all my efforts, my rating score does not update in real time and does not catch up with the accumulated delays.
Right now it is stuck at 98.2.
Positive buyer ratings keep coming in,
Four positive ratings this month, but nothing, no change at all, the score stays exactly the same...
Can someone explain to me why?
Have you ever been confronted with this phenomenon? Did you solve it?
I talked about it with customer service, who told me there was no error...
Honestly, I’m trying to understand.
Thank you for your replies
Have a nice day

Mentor3 years agoHello
Your negative review is taken into account in the calculation of your rating for one year, maybe a few more days ..

If I understood correctly: when a negative rating is assigned, you have to wait a year before it gets canceled, and for the rating to balance out, is that right?

Mentor3 years agoYes, absolutely 😉This should sort itself out for you within a few weeks, as long as you don't receive another one in the meantime ....
