Hello I sold a MacBook Pro but the buyer told me that the screen was damaged I shipped it through Mondial Relay and I had taken out additional delivery insurance for a refund at the purchase price in case of a problem I contacted Mondial Relay to explain this will the buyer be refunded

Regarding eBay, you don’t specify whether the buyer opened a dispute or not.
