Contact customer service here---> eBay Customer Service
Please do it preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
Right now, ebay has a lot of bugs... report them...
But the most important thing is the presence of this sale in your account, here------> https://www.ebay.fr/mys/sold
It is from this location that all requests are handled, and not from an email...
(unless I'm mistaken...)
