Missing import invoice
Hello, package stuck in customs because there is no import invoice, I contacted the seller who tells me that ONLY eBay is supposed to handle all the documents, and therefore that I have to contact them (eBay) this is contradictory with what I can read on the forum ???

Ebay a répondu a mon appel téléphonique et m'as juste redonner le numero suivis du colis ( donc rien, si vous n'avez besoin de rien il faut les joindre... ) j'ai envoyer par mail une simple capture écran de mon achat aux douanes FR ( courrier papier recu il y as peu ) je me suis donc aquitter des taxes douanieres, mais a ce jour toujours pas de suivis a jour, ni colis bloquer depuis 16 jours, j'attend la date limite pour tenter un remboursement integral si pas recu.

when you’re in your purchase history, you click on "order details" and at the very bottom you have "Other actions: view invoice" (under "seller details".
That will give you a tax invoice.

It is indeed up to the seller to provide the necessary customs clearance documents.
