I recently made a purchase on Marketplace that required me to make a payment via eBay, which I did.
The problem is that I don’t see this purchase on my eBay account, and I was wondering if I might have been scammed and wanted to know whether there was a way to cancel this purchase

If not, it was a guest purchase, so see this page:
