Hello,
Can you explain to me why some sellers, and there are many of them, sell banned brands while other sellers are blocked for the same reason?

That is why only sellers on the French and English sites are required to remove LVMH brands from online sales... the other eBay sites are not affected.

Foreign sellers are not subject to the same rules as those on eBay.fr .....

I think it's all a matter of word choice when writing the listings.
Or maybe foreign sellers....
