unreturned equipment
Summary: f6iqf expresses disappointment about a seller who did not send back their Nintendo Switch console that was sent in for repair, despite several follow-ups and providing a return address. lingma85 advises trying to contact the seller by other means and, if there is no response, sending a registered letter to request the return of the console or compensation. They suggest waiting until after the holidays for a stronger response if necessary.
I’m disappointed to have gone through this seller, who doesn’t seem trustworthy to me:

About: f6iqf sent a message regarding Nintendo Switch / Lite / OLED Console Repair - Chip Installation no. 354539920795
From:franceripair
it’s been going on for more than 2 months
so I asked for the item (console) to be returned to me
the seller asked me for the address of a Relay point => which I did
But nothing since then, despite several follow-ups
Please help me because this is very unpleasant.

Mentor2 years agoGood evening @f6iqf
You sent a device in for repair, but it hasn’t been sent back to you...
Try contacting him again by phone, or by personal email... (see the info in his listings..)
Given that right now, the year-end holidays are disrupting a company’s usual operations, wait until next year to react more strongly if you haven’t gotten your equipment back within the normal shipping time.
Send this seller a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt demanding that he return the device to you or compensate you... within a deadline you give him, failing which you plan to notify the DGCCRF in his town to explain that he is acting unprofessionally by withholding equipment you entrusted to him for repair ( etc.. etc...)
That should get him moving...
Kind regards
