Poor phone reception
During a phone call with an eBay agent, they were rather unpleasant. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I would like to, unfortunately I did not receive a satisfaction email after the phone conversation.
How can I report this unpleasant experience

You can rate ebay on trustpilot because here you'll only have customer service and the forum as your point of contact ..

·2 years agounfortunately this incident happens too often. I've had this kind of
situation when I dispute a decision or point out a
problem on the site.
In 21 years on Ebay ..I see that some things change
and not for the better.
That said, most are very nice in general
