Bad article
I received a package from the USA with an item that doesn’t match my order at all. I contacted the seller, who confirms that he packed and sent the correct item? In addition, he claims that he does not sell the item I received at all. What should I do?

Weigh your purchase and look up the Colissimo rates on the web to find out how much the return will cost you and whether it’s worth sending it back...
- you also have the option of keeping it and listing it for sale here... - this may also be a more economical choice for you because shipping costs to the US are expensive.
