I made a mistake during payment. I didn' t check the parcel shipping option. The site set up a hand delivery with a QR code. I paid for the item but without shipping costs. How can I set up a shipment that the seller also offered?

You need to contact the seller to cancel the transaction, then redo it with the correct delivery service..
