Bad shipping fees
Hello,
I sold an item with shipping to Germany, which is set at €10.58 in my shipping settings, but my customer only paid €5.25 (the price of shipping to the Netherlands according to that same shipping program). What could be the reasons for this problem, and what are the solutions?

It seems that this is the ad/simpson....
Given that everything is automated (AI..??) it is difficult for the forum to answer you precisely, except to tell you that when there is an error, you need to contact the site directly through its Customer Service here------> eBay Customer Service
Contact them during business hours preferably and ask to be called back.
