Bad Mondial Relay
I had an item bought from me. I bought the shipping label via Mondial Relay (linked to eBay, so the pickup point registered on eBay and Mondial Relay is identical.) and sent my parcel. Today the buyer tells me it’s not the one she had chosen (far from her home).
What should I do besides waiting for the parcel to come back to me? What about the fees?
