Hello. I am a seller. A buyer (1st purchase profile "0") did not correctly enter their name / delivery address on their eBay account. The La Poste tracking says: "Your shipment is going to be returned to the sender because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete". Item lost............... I am not responsible, but am I going to have to refund for an item not received and write off the lost item??........ Thanks for your clarification.........
