Incorrect shipping address (seller side)
Summary: liu.chan is having problems shipping a parcel via Mondial Relay after a buyer asked to change the pickup point because of a move. Hello,
I have to ship an item via Mondial Relay by tomorrow, however the person who won the auction sent me a message asking me to change the relay point chosen, because they recently moved. Nevertheless, when I want to get the shipping label through eBay, it refuses to show me any other relay points anywhere other than around the relay point selected when my customer placed the order, even though I change the address just before confirming the shipping location.
And to make things worse, it's impossible to work around this problem, for example by checking the box "Print FREE in store" because for some obscure reason, the site prevents me from checking it (Basically, how to find trouble by every possible means...).
Question:
Is there a way to fix the situation?
Am I obliged to go through this completely messed-up system?
Would I be better off going directly through the Mondial Relay website, which is able to suggest the right relay points to me? And in that case, could that cause a problem with eBay while the funds are blocked pending proper receipt of the parcel?

No problem for the relay point, tracking on ebay, and you’ll have the same rates.
On the other hand, be careful because there is currently a bug importing ebay orders...

link your ebay account to M.relay to benefit from ebay prices------> eBay by Mondial Relay : user guide - Mondial Relay
You have no obligation to go through the eBay shipping platform.
