Unpleasant surprise in the package
Hi, I just received my package that I bought a few days ago (a PlayStation 5 with 2 controllers) and I got a package filled with little bags of wheat flour.... I filed a return request with photos because there was the €12.90 buyer protection. I hope to get refunded as soon as possible. Has this already happened to anyone who got properly refunded thanks to buyer protection?..
