Why write in English on the forum... when on your profile you give the impression that you’re fluent in our dear French...???
Besides, it’s not just about whether you shipped an item .. you also need to know what the "tracking" says... to know the delivery date for your buyer...
As an occasional seller, you may receive your funds within 3 weeks... but did you enter the package tracking no. on the transaction...?
- if so, that helps you get the money back...
- if not, it would be good to add it if you haven’t done so...
