Blocked member who bids!!
I blocked a member because he refuses to pay for the auctions he won, claiming it was a mistake.
Yet he even placed another bid on one of my items for sale even though I blocked him. How is that possible?

That’s not it: check the entry on your blacklist, and make sure it’s exactly the same username (character for character, because maybe they opened - or own - another account with almost the same name).
Also see whether you’ve set your required conditions properly to prevent blacklisted members from bidding:

check that his username is indeed in your blacklist :
