Threat from the buyer!!!
Summary: neboycha59 thanks a buyer for purchasing a brass crimp fitting, but notes that there are not enough details about the item bought, which is priced at 2.50 euros per piece. The buyer, unhappy because this was not stated in the original listing, threatens to file a complaint and leave negative feedback. francexpressdeal explains that the listing is confusing because the update on the unit of sale was made after the auction. They advise contacting customer service to resolve the problem and revising the listing to avoid this kind of misunderstanding in the future.

Hello.
Thank you for your purchase of the brass compression fitting. But, you didn’t specify exactly which part you bought so that I can send it to you as soon as possible. Since this item is sold at 2.50 euros per piece. I’m waiting for your reply. Best regards |

the problem is that your listing is completely misleading ...
When your buyer placed a bid, nothing specified that the fittings were sold individually.
He bid on October 25 at 2:20 p.m., and you only added a note at 7:58 p.m. to specify that the fittings were sold individually:
Under these conditions, it’s normal that your buyer isn’t happy.
Deal with customer service directly about the issue.
On the other hand, you’re repeating exactly the same mistake by putting your listing back up almost identically.
There’s very little chance that potential buyers will read your note. So either you make a multi-variant listing, or you make 1 listing per part.
