My announcements disappear
Summary: cedrecords expresses concerns about the disappearance of his listings on eBay, despite a store subscription that should allow them to renew automatically. He notices a discrepancy between the number of listings visible on the sales overview page and those actually listed, and wonders whether others have encountered this problem.
Hello.
Since this afternoon, my ending listings disappear even though I have a shop and the listings are supposed to be renewed. When I’m on "My eBay: sales overview" at the top of the page, I do have the right number of listings normally in progress (the number next to orders and unsold items). However, if I click on "in progress" in the left column and get to the listing, the number is lower and decreases as the listings end, and the number of listing pages too, logically.
Has anyone else had this problem please?
