My Ebay sales don't show up on the Mondial Relay site for shipping

Hello, is anyone else in this situation? My Ebay sales are not showing up on the Mondial relay platform today. Am I the only one, I contacted mondial relay, the bot doesn't know anything, then I got an operator who didn't know anything either... Should I contact Ebay? Thank you for your help.
