Good evening, there is an item that I had bought, the seller had sent me the receipt by message but the conversation dates back a year so I suppose it has been deleted, that is why I want to find the conversation again so I can retrieve the receipt, I have a photo of the purchase from the email, etc.

Indeed, unarchived messages disappear after 12 months rolling...
On the other hand, you can find your purchase here------> https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase
and thus find the seller to whom you can ask for a duplicate of the receipt they gave you...
