message wrongly blocked by AI
Having very unintentionally omitted to leave feedback for a buyer, I have just corrected it, and I prepared an apology message for the buyer. I received, in English, a blocking message, which told me "message blocked for offensive remarks" ??? even though I was offering sincere apologies! I don't see why I should have to change the wording used. Have you encountered this annoyance? No help category fits.
