Error message when completing purchase

I request the code to be sent, it works and sends me back to eBay, but then as soon as I try to complete the purchase again I always end up back on this message. And it's for any listing, any idea? 🧐
Oh, and it's impossible to contact customer service for this kind of question!! 😡
