Messaging
Hello, whenever I try to reply to a customer via messaging, my message is always rejected for non-compliance, even though there are no offensive words, and when I try to phrase my message differently it’s the same thing, so I can no longer reply to my customers.

Mentor4 months agoHello @tibouchon76 ,
"even though there isn’t any offending word" = for the controlling robots and their American programming, yes.
the word "delay" maybe?

otherwise specify exactly what the message says, otherwise I don’t see how I can help you...
Kind regards

OP4 months agoMy message was as follows:
"Hello, I am sincerely sorry for the delay, I am sending you your order today. Best regards."
If the word "delay" isn't accepted, I don't see how else I can respond to my customer.

Mentor4 months agoThis word is an insult in the US (yes I know: we are in France 😞).
"I don't see how to answer my client any other way" = ?? 🤔 our language is rich enough to easily find synonyms... ("postponed", "extra time", and in the context of your message I’m mostly thinking of "setback" or "unexpected event")
