Hello,I just received this email: "Update your return policy to stay compliantTo help you comply with a new European directive taking effect on June 19, 2026, we have updated the buyer return experience. Buyers will now see an easily accessible option allowing them to exercise their right of withdrawal directly from their Purchase History and Order Details. What you need to doUpdate your return policy before June 19 to inform your buyers of this new feature and stay compliant with regulations. • Go to Seller Hub, then click Account • Click Listings > Business policies > Return policies > Edit • In addition to the existing options regarding the right of withdrawal (mail, email, or fax), indicate that buyers can use the "Return the item" feature from the Purchase History or Order Details pages, then select the reason "Withdrawal from contract" • Once the changes have been made, click Save to complete the update. Update your return policy before June 19 to stay compliant and avoid any possible action from the relevant authorities. If a buyer uses this new feature to exercise their right of withdrawal, you will receive a withdrawal confirmation email containing a copy of their request for your records.
