people bought products from me, when I go into my ebay, in my sales this message appears:

'We were unable to verify some of the information you provided. To allow us to resume the verification process, you will need to update your account information before 09 Sept. 2024 to avoid further restrictions' Yet I had already given my IBAN before I started listing certain products for sale (I even received a micro transfer from ebay in my account), and the notification also redirects me to a link www.riskremedyweb.ebay.fr so that I can update my bank details. can you tell me if this is normal.

Hello again, but it's clearly weird, because the message doesn't appear only in my messages, but also in my seller hub, in my account, my payments with a big red banner so when I click it redirects me to the site www.riskremedyweb.ebay.fr.

I can't send images but on this site it says in particular "verify your bank account, connect directly to your bank (recommended), why do I have to do this, I had also started to enter my bank details but I didn't finish the operation because I had doubts.
