hello, account created in 2008. I haven't been back on eBay for years, I can't get items back up for sale, even though all my personal information is up to date

If it’s getting stuck when you try to list it for sale, it may be because eBay doesn’t recognize you as a seller.
See the link below ( Register as a seller | eBay) for how to update all your details...
eBay needs to know how it’s going to be paid its commissions, because now all buyers’ payments go through it and the site then transfers the balance (after commission and fees) directly by bank transfer to the seller’s bank account (after about +/- 3 weeks for beginner sellers)...
