Despite having done what was necessary, I still have the following message:
"We were unable to verify some of the information you provided. To allow us to resume the verification process, you will need to update your account information before May 28, 2024 to avoid further restrictions."

The only people who have access to your account and can tell you exactly what is blocking you are the customer service team: contact them to get things sorted out.
